Our History
By the time John O'Byrne established Capital Heating Limited in 1995, he had already gained 20 year's valuable experience in the gas engineering business.
Following an apprenticeship, he spent 14 year's working with British Gas as a gas service technician.
He left British Gas with the determination to develop a successful business and the belief that by offering the highest technical standards and unrivalled customer service, Capital Heating would gain a reputation he could be proud of.
From small beginnings - just one van in 1995 - to today's thriving business employing more than 30 full-time and contract staff, Mr O'Byrne's vision has been vindicated.
Today, our Managing Director's continuing belief in offering service and value permeates the entire business, from the management team, through to the customer service staff, the engineers and technicians.
With the company's diversification into contract property maintenance, CH Maintenance Limited was established as a sister company in 2005 and now has sole responsibility for both gas and general maintenance of over 1,500 homes in the North West London area.
