We endeavour to do everything possible to satisfy our customers from the initial contact through to completion of the work.
Unlike some other companies, your call to us will normally be answered by real people - not an impersonal, automated call management system. Not only that, but we ensure that our call centre staff are experts in our business. If they can't provide you with the information or advice that you need right away, they will have one of our technicians call you back as soon as possible.
Our job scheduling system is fully computerised to ensure our engineers keep their appointments. If, for any reason, we are unable to keep an appointment, we will always call you to rearrange at your convenience.
We consider our technicians to be ambassadors for our business and they are trained to be polite, helpful and considerate at all times. They all wear Capital Heating uniform shirts and most of our vehicles are clearly branded with our distinctive logo.
To ensure your safety and security, all our field engineers carry identity cards which we encourage you to request before inviting them into your home.
