Heat Shield Service Plans
Increasingly, our customers are discovering the peace of mind offered by 'Heat Shield' our tailored gas appliance repair cover.
Heat Shield offers warranty protection for domestic gas appliances and central heating systems. For a small monthly payment, your boiler and heating system will be comprehensively covered against breakdown, which means no unexpected repair bills and guaranteeing you priority response.
As a 'Heat Shield' policyholder, you will enjoy priority service. Our friendly and efficient staff will be on hand to offer help and advice and, if necessary, arrange for one of our technicians to call.
Once a fault has been reported, we will restore your boiler/system back to full working order as quickly as possible.
Our experienced and reliable technicians will endeavour to quickly diagnose and rectify any problems. Any parts that may be required will either be carried on the van or, if necessary, available from our network of parts suppliers.
Capital Heating 'Heat Shield' offers a range of three service plans, designed to suit all pockets and needs.
Summary of Cover
ANNUAL INSPECTION of your boiler.
ALL CALL OUT and
LABOUR CHARGES for repair of your boiler in the event that it breaks down within the period of cover (subject to exclusions). Any
PARTS replaced on your boiler will be supplied and fitted
FREE OF CHARGE (Excludes Combination and System Boilers).
